The most common types of exercises I do is floor cardio exercises, followed by a variety of calisthenic exercises (push ups, sit ups, reverse trunk curls, etc.) and stretching. The exercises are customized to the each clients particular need or desire. Exercise routines will be adjusted and modified from time to time to keep consistently challenging the client for optimal results.
