I focus on tailoring my training to my client's needs. I always tell my clients to "listen to their bodies". It is important that you know what you can and can't do. Once we find out what you can do, then together, we can put together a training program that is right for you. We can also discuss diet and nutrition, which is a big piece of the health and fitness puzzle. I am very outgoing, fun, and motivating with my clients.
