I'm a certified personal trainer, who currently works full time at a local, coporate Wellness Center. I enjoy training clients who come from every background, those looking to lose weight, those training for specific sports, or those who are trying to get back into shape after an injury/illness. I'm available for training at-home clients on the weekends, anytime Friday - Sunday. I have 2 advanced personal training certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine; and I'm qualified to work with clients who have chronic medical conditions, and those who have disabilities.
