As a personal trainer, I enjoy training all types and levels of individuals, but I have additional training, experience, and knowledge when working with seniors, post-rehab and just regular people that want to make fitness part of their lives.
My experience has taught me that what works best is when an instructor is sincere in his love of teaching and genuinely engaged with his clients. I truly feel that fitness and a healthy lifestyle can and should be fun. If I’m doing my job right, my clients will find both their physical fitness levels and attitudes towards life, in general, improving as they grow in their self-confidence and positive body image.
